1 Sugar Cube
4 Dashes Orange Angostura bitters
2 Ounces Scotch (Macallan preferably)
Garnish: orange peel
Add the sugar and bitters into a rocks glass, and muddle until sugar is nearly dissolved.
Fill the glass with large ice cubes, add the scotch, and gently stir to combine.
Express the oil of an orange peel over the glass, then drop in.
Cut small piece of orange and put in glass (it soaks up the scotch and you eat it after)
Drink responsibly...make sure the glass is empty.
